Speaking Opportunities at VCHA’s 2026 Annual Membership Meeting and Conference

Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA) is now accepting presentation proposals for our 2026 Annual Membership Meeting & Conference, the premier gathering of Community Health Center leaders, clinicians, and partners from across the Commonwealth. Every year, VCHA’s Annual Conference attracts more than 300 healthcare professionals and stakeholders, offering participants the opportunity to earn continuing education credits through engaging breakout sessions and learning opportunities.

Application Deadline: Friday, May 1

Presentation proposals should:
  • Highlight specific activities, methods, or techniques that actively engage participants
  • Include practical resources, tools, or takeaways attendees can apply in their work
  • Emphasize interactive, participatory learning experiences

VCHA encourages innovative, hands-on sessions that share real-world solutions, best practices, and strategies relevant to Community Health Centers and the populations they serve.

Presenter Notification: Notifications of selected presenters will be sent, via email, by May 31. VCHA will need presenter’s confirmation within 14 days of receiving the acceptance email.

Speaker Support & Honorarium: VCHA will cover conference registration for all accepted presenters. Additionally, each presenter will receive a $3,300 honorarium. This all-inclusive fee is intended to compensate presenters for preparation time, lodging and travel expenses.
