Connor Maenz serves as VCHA’s Data & Systems Analyst, supporting the organization’s Center for Data Analysis and Quality (CDAQ) healthcare data collection and reporting programs.
In this role, he oversees data submitted to ensure completeness and quality, analyzes health data to identify and interpret trends, and provides reports to a variety of audiences, including government agencies, community health centers, and partner organizations. He also serves as VCHA’s Subject Matter Expert for various tools such as electronic health records and population health tools.
Prior to VCHA, Connor served as a healthcare chaplain at UVA Community Health System and Mary Washington Healthcare, collecting, interpreting, and sharing qualitative data to improve patient care.
Connor received his bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies and Music from Randolph-Macon College. He received his Master of Divinity degree from Union Presbyterian Seminary.
