Workgroups through the Virginia Community Healthcare Association bring together staff in similar roles across member health centers to share ideas, problem-solve, and collaborate.
Workgroups also provide time for targeted education and technical assistance for participants to strengthen their knowledge and expertise in their respective fields. Through staff participation in workgroups, Virginia’s member health centers strengthen their expertise on key topics, improve overall workforce performance, and increase collaborations and communication efforts with other health centers in Virginia.
