CVHS will be opening the Crimson Clinic at Petersburg High School. The clinic will offer primary healthcare services for the students at the high school. Students will be able to have lab work done, access mental and behavioral health services, and even get receive diagnoses and prescriptions.
“It’s designed to be a primary health care center for the students at the high school. They’ll be able to come in for their regular checks, for immunizations, for follow-up with chronic diseases,” says Paula Tomko, CVHS Chief Executive Officer.
The Crimson Clinic will begin accepting patients by Sept. 30, and will be open during school hours with time carved out for appointments before and after school. Read more about the Crimson Clinic in this Progress-Index article.
