Daily Planet Health Services is launching a two-year collaborative project with Virginia Poverty Law Center, Commonwealth Catholic Charities, Virginia Supportive Housing, and La Casa de la Salud RVA. This project will increase access to care by offering one-on-one Medicaid enrollment assistance to medically vulnerable, uninsured individuals.
The project is funded by a grant from the Richmond Memorial Health Foundation.
