Highland Medical Center, a federally qualified health center, in Highland County, is seeking a visionary leader to serve as CEO/Executive Director. The ideal candidate will have at least a Master’s Degree (preferably in Public Health, Administration, Business, or a related field) and a minimum of five years experience in a senior management position in a healthcare organization. This individual should possess excellent leadership and communication qualities along with the skills to lead a diverse staff and a volunteer board. Organizational development, strategic planning, and fundraising knowledge are critical, as is the ability to oversee the financial viability of the organization and the expansion of services. Experience with state and federal governmental agencies is essential. The CEO/Executive Director will also develop and maintain relationships between Highland Medical Center and leaders/businesses within the community.
