On Saturday, September 21st, Southeastern Virginia Health System joined in the celebration for the Franklin African American Festival. The festival is hosted by the City of Franklin Department of Parks and Recreation. It is an annual family Celebration of the history, culture, education, heritage, and the arts of African Americans. Southeastern Virginia Health System provided information and resources about their services.
