VCHA Issues Request for Proposal for Technology Support Services

HENRICO, VA (August 15, 2024) – Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA) has issued a request for proposal to provide comprehensive technology support services to effectively manage the association’s Information Technology (IT) infrastructure, ensuring efficient and effective technology operations.

PROJECT DELIVERABLES:

  • Onboarding: Integration of VCHA into the provider’s IT environment.
  • Help Desk Support: Providing remote help desk support for up to 30 users.
  • NOC Workstation Management: Managing up to 30 workstations.
  • NOC Server Support: Supporting up to 5 virtual servers.
  • Network Device Support: Managing up to 30 network devices, including wireless access points, switches, routers, and firewalls.

PROPOSALS DUE BY: September 15, 2024

(As a recipient of Federal funds under Section 330 of the Public Health Services Act, VCHA and Virginia’s FQHCs are required to adhere to all applicable federal procurement rules and regulations and other program expectations of the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) Cooperative Agreements and FQHCs programs.)
