VCHA Welcomes Martha Crosby as Programs and Business Lead

HENRICO, VA: Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA) is excited to announce the addition of Martha Crosby as VCHA’s new Programs and Business Lead. In her role, Martha will work directly with senior leaders and VCHA’s CEO to facilitate strategic decision-making, ensure quality execution of cross-functional projects, support VCHA’s tri-annual workplan process and track VCHA’s portfolio of projects and programs.

Martha has more than 10 years of experience in the areas of administration, communication, research, and public relations. Prior to joining VCHA, she served for more than six years as a Legislative Aide for the Virginia House of Delegates, where she assisted Legislators in successfully fulfilling their public obligations by spearheading policy initiatives, maintaining office and committee operations, handling constituent inquiries and casework, and managing schedules and travel.

In addition, Martha served in various other legislative and political roles, including working with elected leaders and campaigns across the Commonwealth.

“We are thrilled to welcome Martha to VCHA,” said Tracy Douglas, Chief Executive Officer. “She will bring incredible expertise to her new role, and I foresee an excellent working relationship between Martha, myself and our membership as she serves in her capacity as our Programs and Business Lead.”

Martha received her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Government from Virginia Commonwealth University.
