“VCHA is very excited to add such a talented and experienced executive to our senior management team,” says Tracy Douglas, Chief Executive Officer. “Kyle’s experience as a Richmond City Attorney and his familiarity with municipal government and Richmond politics will be important as we continue to align with our organization’s promise to advocate for our member health clinics.”

Throughout his career, Kyle has represented clients in a variety of litigation matters, such as the defense of claims brought under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and other forms of leave, wage, hour disputes, and related state law tort claims. Additionally, Kyle is committed to serving his community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Museum District Association, Richmond Bar Association, and the Virginia Legal Aid Justice Center Advisory Council. In 2020, Kyle was recognized in the inaugural class of Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch 2020 and was recognized by Virginia Lawyer’s Weekly “Up & Coming Lawyers.”

Kyle graduated from the University of Virginia with a concentration in Philosophy and The College of William and Mary School of Law, where he served as a member of the Moot Court Board and was a member of the William and Mary Bill of Rights Journal.
