Caryn Kidwell brings over two decades of progressive leadership in procurement, contract management, and strategic sourcing to her role as Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) Manager at the Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHA). With deep expertise across healthcare, government, and commercial sectors, Caryn is dedicated to helping member organizations achieve meaningful cost savings through collaborative, data-driven purchasing strategies.

In her role, Caryn oversees the full spectrum of GPO operations—from cultivating and negotiating vendor partnerships to optimizing contract performance and educating members on procurement best practices. Her professional portfolio spans managing $300M+ in hospital spend, leading complex government contracts, and creating scalable processes to support organizational growth.
