Rafy Boktor serves as the Financial and Legislative Support Specialist, supporting VCHA’s Chief Financial Officer and Director of Legislative and Governmental Affairs.
In this role, Rafy provides administrative support for Finance and Legislative Affairs projects, helping expand and improve the department’s function and efficiency in serving the Association’s members.
Prior to VCHA, Rafy served as a legislative intern in the office of Delegate Elizabeth Bennett-Parker.
Rafy received a B.A. in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness and a B.S. in Criminal Justice/Forensic Crime Scene Investigating from Virginia Commonwealth University. He will receive his Master of Public Administration from VCU in December.
